Conditions & regulations

Art 1 - Cancellation of lessons

In case of bad weather conditions (lack of waves, too strong sea ...), the courses which cannot be carried out will be in agreement with the persons in charge of the center: Replaced by alternative activities, postponed to a later date or reimbursed (if one week internship cancellation). Lessons not carried out by the client will not be refunded.

Art 2 - Structure responsibility

Trainees will be taken care of by the structure and therefore under the responsibility of the monitors when their names are called. They remain under the responsibility of the instructor until the storage of their suit. The structure's civil liability for its trainees ceases outside these hours, within the deadlines described above. Parents or persons in charge of the trainees must make sure before entrusting the trainees in the structure that the planned service takes place.

Art 3 - Insurance

ESB-Brest has professional civil liability insurance. The RC pro only offers these guarantees during teaching hours, it is up to adult students or parents of students to take out additional individual insurance if they wish.

Art 4 - Commitment of the structure

l’Ecole de Surf de Bretagne is committed to respecting the highest standards in terms of quality of reception, teaching, supervision and safety. The necessary equipment (wetsuit, board, etc.) will be provided to trainees during class hours.
